Fans of the horrorcore rap group Insane Clown Posse, who refer to themselves as Juggalos, have in recent years found themselves the targets of aggressive and prejudicial law enforcement policies. As an increasing number of anti-gang task forces add Juggalos to their list of recognized gangs, law-abiding Juggalos face ostracization and discrimination. We, the undersigned, hereby petition the Obama administration to push for and sign an amendment to the Constitution to prohibit any local, state, or federal law enforcement agency from classifying this peaceful, family-oriented group as a gang.
