OBJECTIVE STANDARD LAW which prevents any interaction initiated by law enforcement with citizens UNLESS that interaction is recorded with both video and audio. If an officer chooses to engage a citizen, then the citizen will have the right to receive a link of the recorded interaction with the officer within 24 hours. This LAW is intended to protect both citizens and law enforcement by creating an OBJECTIVE STANDARD for third party fact finders to assess in making a decision as to guilt or innocence. If law enforcement stops a citizen without recording the interaction, that officer WILL BE FINED. The officer may also be SUSPENDED depending upon the nature of the situation in addition to the fine. No arrests or convictions will stand unless their is a clear audio/video recording.
