prohibit Legislative Branch members from receiving any federal benefits not unilaterally offered to 90% of constituents.

This petition should cover not only health care benefits, but cost of living raises, federal pensions, personal security protection and any other benefit that could be considered employee related or financial support related. This would also prohibit any attempt to establish any type of "golden parachute" related programs for members of both the House and Senate. This should also prohibit the policy of Legislative members, be they House or Senate, from voting on personal salary increases. No Member shall be illegible for use of grandfather clauses.
