At my gym you must walk through the locker/shower facility, where there are women walking around in various stages of undress expecting a certain level of privacy, in order to get to the restroom. Without a law prohibiting penises in these facilities, it's like putting out a welcome mat for flashers, voyeurs, stalkers and exhibitionists. All they have to say is they 'identify as' to avoid criminal prosecution. Since it is a condition entirely confined to someone’s own mind, how is anyone going to prove otherwise? With today's technology, an unsuspecting naked woman could find herself in a video on the internet. Erin Andrews videoed changing in her own hotel room discovered a video of herself naked on the internet. Keep women safe from illicit behavior and make it prosecutable.
