One cannot go more than an hour without seeing a prescription drug commercial these days. The purpose of prescription drug commercials is just logically and undeniably bad for he people of this country. Logically, if a person feels ill, they should go see their doctor. The doctor should have knowledge of available medications to provide the patient.
This whole process has been perverted, and today we have the pharmaceutical companies convincing unsuspecting Americans that they do have problems which can be fixed with their magical drugs, and they should therefore go see their doctor to get some. This is just clearly irrational! The prescription drug abuse in this country is completely out of control, and i think this is a valid first step to curb this problem.
