The Obama Administration continues the dangerous and illegal act of issuing Executive Orders despite being in direct conflict with the Constitution of the United States and the system of checks and balances in our government.
This has been a continuation of illegal activities by the previous administration, which were so despised by the American Public.
We petition the Federal Government to enact a law strictly prohibiting the President of the United states from passing ANY and ALL Exectuive Orders unless war has been declared by Congress.
In passing such a law, the American people, regardless of their personal political beliefs, can be assured that there isn't an abuse of power by the Executive Branch, regardless of political beliefs of the commanfer-in-chief.
