We petition the Obama Administration to enact a prohibition on the promotion of children available for adoption on adoption agency websites, and on social media sites such as Facebook.
An example of this practice can be seen on the Facebook page of Second Chance Adoptions at https://www.facebook.com/secondchanceadoptions. Given the prevalence of human trafficking in this day and age, this practice is dangerous and invites abuse of vulnerable children.
