Robert Bruce "Rob" Ford, the 64th mayor of Toronto, has at once demonstrated an exceptional proclivity to act in despicable fashions, most notably through public drunkenness and admitted use of illegal drugs. Rob Ford's violent proclamations when he is utterly inebriated and his selection of smoke to inhale are a matter of public record. We therefore petition Present Obama to declare that he should be turned back if in the future he makes an effort to enter the United States of America.
