The current trend for most oil company's is to buy up rare and scarce aquifers, bottling up the water and selling it, or pumping it to a near by city and charging for it. A single company should not own any rights to steal a necessary resource for life itself. These aquifers should be owned by the people, and protected for the future of not only America, but all life itself.
We should treat water like an investment for life, not an investment for shares.
