A large percentage of homes use propane, oil and natuarl gas for heating & cooking. During the current cold period severe shortages in all three have arisen that could be alleviated if the sale of these products to foreign countries was banned or tightly restricted. This petition is an attempt to compel US energy companies to not sell US derived products overseas from October 1 throul April 30 until domestic demand is met. Currently, providers are selling the products overseas because they can receive higher prices.
