Prohibit the showing of deceased or captured terrorists to the public on the basis that it only glorifies the terrorists

In effort to honor the victims of terrorist attacks, the mass media should no longer show pictures of captured or deceased terrorists. Terrorists do what they do to become martyrs for their causes, therefore showing their picture on a national scale just ensures that they get the attention they and their cause desire.
In the very least: pictures of deceased or captured terrorists should be shown with a large "X" in front of it, in order to clearly show disdain and disgust for their actions.
However, terrorists who are missing or need to be found may have their photo shown, so the public may help find them.
