Prohibit smoking in multi-family housing in all of California

We all know that second hand smoke posses a major risk to our health. Furthermore, it is our greatest concern that our children inhale second-hand smoke in the place they live in and call "home". However, as hard as we try to avoid it, we are exposed to it. Most, if not all of people living in multi-family housing have no control over second-hand smoke.
I'm sure you can relate to me if you don't smoke and you live in apartments where there are smokers.
Please help keep our families live without the dangers of second-hand smoke.
