This petition is quite simple, prohibit all smoking of cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or any other such substance within 200 feet of any playground. Our children should be protected from all kinds of pollution, this is a simple one that can be avoided.
After enough notice, there should be $150 fine for the first offense, $150 fine plus cleaning of said park for the second offense, and 1 year jail time for 3rd offense.
This may sound tough, but what price would you put on insuring the safety and health of your child?
