We, the undersigned, demand the U.S. Congress and Department of Justice issue an immediate prohition on enforcement of California State Laws SB917 and AB1117 and open an investigation into the possible criminal collusion between the Humane Society of the United States and of the legislative members of the Animal Rights Caucus and the State of California in conspiring to create legislation in order to impede, injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person involved in an animal enterprise within the State of California.
