Behind the Badge Law: Create a bill and sign into law legislation to prohibit state, county, & local law enforcement agencies from employing persons who have been identified as having any affiliation with known hate groups,orgs, etc that advocate superiority of one race, nationality, or ethnicity over any other group of people. Mandate law enforcement agencies to require annual psychological exams on all officers; immediate psych treatment for officers involved in shootings or any incident involving serious injury or death of another for a minimum of 90 days to include individual & group therapy, 90 days of follow-up treatment, and reassignment to an admin position. Mandate federal oversight of all police agencies in every police involved shooting or serious injury or death incident.
