Prohibit States O.A.G. from administering U.S. Social Security Administration Title IV-D due to Conflict of Interest.

Sign executive order requiring Social Security to prohibit the states O.A.G's from administering any program of that department due to a conflict of interest because the States O.A.G.'s can not work in the best interests of their state's citizenry if they are expected to have the best interests of the Departments first. Especially when the O.A.G.'s receive federal funding and monetary incentives based on performance for the programs they are to administer. As an example I personally had the State O.A.G. continue to withhold from my Social Security Disability, about $11,000 that I didn't owe because I paid all that was ordered by a Judge. And I have been unable to recover the money. They couldn't have paid my ex the money because they applied for change of payee years before.
