Prohibit States From Restricting Ballot Access If Parties Attracted More Than 50,000 Votes In The Last General Election

In order for our elections to be fair and just, "minor" political parties such as the Libertarian Party, Green Party, Constitution Party and Peace And Freedom Party, can not be prevented from running candidates for President, Congress and the U.S. Senate. These parties, whose candidates won more than 50,000 votes each in the last general election (November 6, 2012), should be granted automatic ballot access in all 50 states in the next general election. Failure to give equal ballot access shows a clear bias toward the Democratic and Republican Parties, and proves government interest in maintaining this 100-year old two-party monopoly.
