Prohibit the termination of federal employees based upon their financial difficulties - not a National Security Threat!

Created by A.L. on November 28, 2012

Federal Employees working for agencies under the Department of Defense are being terminated for credit/financial issues. They are being told that they are a threat to National Security. Individuals with credit difficulties aren't normally the ones who steal - look at the white collar crime statistics. Hard working Americans/federal employees have lost their jobs because of the National Security Law/Loopholes. Employees who have no disciplinary issues and have recieved high ratings on their performance have lost their jobs, because WHS & DoD are using the National Security Law as a method to consider American Employees as a threat to National Security. If the employee does not have access to Classified information this law should not apply.
