Prohibit the use of 9/10 cent retail fuel pricing as it is misleading.
There is no 1/10 cent currency in this country.
It will reduce electrical energy consumption in retail signs by eliminating 1 character.
This would create new jobs in designing, manufacturing, distribution and installation of redesigned signage.
