Prohibit the use of Child Support against fathers who have has their parental roles minimized by the courts.

Created by M.G. on November 13, 2012

To end forced Child Support payments, often resulting in the poverty and destruction of a fathers career, assets, quality of life and , ability to interact with his children, if and only if :

A Father has voiced, petitioned, or otherwise attempted to remain fully integrated into his childrens lives and has been cast into a minimal role of financial support by any system of Civil or Family Court. If a father has attempted to obtain Joint Physical Cutody and has been denied the right for reasons other than abuse and neglect, then his child support obligations should cease to exist. Child Support should only exist in the case of a father who was party to the creation of children and then made no attempts to assume a parental role.
