Prohibit the use of coin-flips or "games of chance" as any part of the process used to nominate Presidential candidates.

In light of the recent Iowa Caucus, where it came to light that many precincts were using coin flips and games of chance instead of the votes of the people to determine the outcomes of the caucuses, and it shocking the conscience of the American people that the outcome can be determined by random chance, we petition the government to investigate the practice and to prohibit its further use.
