Prohibit the Use of Dynamic Range Sound in Movies and TV Programming

Created by J.R. on April 13, 2015

People are frustrated with having to turn their speakers up to high volume to hear dialog in a movie or TV show, and then turn them back down again when there are louder action scenes.

Clearly the TV and Movie industries are not concerned with people's needs and continue to record audio in obnoxiously dynamic range.

Recent research shows that eleven of my friends on Facebook agree with me that dynamic range sound is really annoying.

Tell Congress to act now to prohibit this practice!
