Prohibit the use of electronic devices while driving for all ages.

Currently most state laws prohibit the usage of electronic devices while operating a motor vehicle if under the age of 21. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, "Sending or receiving a text takes a driver's eyes from the road for an average of 4.6 seconds, the equivalent-at 55 mph-of driving the length of an entire football field, blind." And in a study done by Car and Driver Magazine, the effects of driving while texting lead to a significantly reduced reaction speed, greater than that of an intoxicated driver. There are several other studies done that suggest that the usage of an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle is hazardous and dangerous for drivers of all ages.
