Prohibit the use of the name, address, picture, likeness, or history of mass killers in the media.

Since any mass killer is an instant celebrity each suicidal nut tries to out do the last in order to leave some mark on the world. We need to deny them this. The media can still report the incident, give the sex, age, and race of the perpetrator, and in general do thier job.
Since the media is quite ready to support government infringment on 2nd ammendment rights We are sure they won't mind a small infringement on thier 1st ammendment rights.
The ban need only apply to multiple killers who dont know thier victims personally and only last six months to be effective. In the case of a killer who survives to stand trial, six months after conviction.
We may not be able to save these guys but we can deny them any excuse to take anyone with them.
