We the People, respectfully submit the request for an immediate "Executive Order" for any and all lending institutions in the United Stares to stop issuing "Variable interest rate loans" to any American Citizen. We insist that a fixed rate can and should be agreed upon during issuance of any and all loans, with special emphasis on the housing market.
