For too long has the term "In God We Trust" has been our official motto on our currency. Our currency is an official government document and religion shouldn't be involved in the first place. If you look at other countries currency (Like England and Canada) there is no mention of a god, there is Charles Darwin (England) and Marie Curie (Canada). Our country was founded by secularists and the Founding Fathers would be very ashamed if they were here today.
