Prohibition on guns doesn't work. Repeat offenders with guns are prone to more violence. Background checks = small steps

Created by W.K. on December 29, 2012

Guns are simply dangerous, but American history reveals success in manufacturing guns and it has not only protected families from a home invasions or stabilizes order in our society, but it has detrimentally effected our schools, theaters, temples, churches and just simply the neighborhoods we live in where our children play. I do not believe America can ban guns because of its strong heritage, but I do believe that additional restrictions can be created to not take away the rights of the people, but to enforce the rights of the people. There are people screaming out that america cant take their guns away, but there is simply MORE people who believe that theres needs to be a change in laws. I am not saying take away the guns, prohibition wont work, but background checks can.
