We all know Puerto Rico is experiencing one of the worst economic and social crisis in its history. This economic crisis is affecting particularly those living in poverty and the work class. We are loosing our jobs, people are running out of the island because its almost impossible to live somewhere where the taxes are going up, the electric energy is one of the most expensive in America, the federal minimum income is 7.25 per hour, the government is closing our schools and the medical service is awful. We are asking President Obama not to sing this act will worsen our crisis. People first that any debt. We need you to talk to the Congress to declare the bankruptcy or even better to resolve our colonial status which by the way is illegitimate and against humans rights.
