Police investigated a photo of a 11 year old boy with a .22 that was posted on facebook. The police came without a search warrant and in force, threatening to take the families children away if they didn't see a list of guns in the house and to open the gun safe. With a attorney on speaker phone he told the police to leave. Many people don't know what rights they have and this was a clear violation of police power.
