Promote 9th Amendment rights by restricting access to firearms and other devices that endanger our rights to Life.

Firearms pose a clear and obvious threat to the lives of those around them. Accidental firings, intentional killings, and most of all, spontaneous suicides, account for tens of thousands of deaths a year. All persons have a civil and natural right to life, and the 9th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America states that "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." Therefore, the 2nd Amendment's declaration that "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.", out of context, is not permissible, as firearms have been proven to pose a serious and inevitable threat to the civil and natural right to Life possessed by all Americans.
