to promote bipartisan Government and heal our Country's political divide through voting reform.

Created by J.D. on November 15, 2012

To reduce partisanship and the influence of special interest groups, significant changes are required in our voting system to promote individual ideas and support the goal of an educated electorate.

A logical first step towards these goals is the removal of party identification and straight party voting from ballots. We respectfully request the President to request and support legislation by our Congress to remove these labels and options from ballots that include candidates for Federal offices.

It is time for the United States of America to move forward from partisanship, divisiveness and domination by party machines. With today's technology, candidates should be able to stand on their merits and ideas, not their faction association.
