Since his appointment of captain of breakfast cereals in 1963 Captain Crunch has served the people of the breakfast isle with distinction. It is about time that this administration recognizes this hero and awards him the rank of admiral. I can only imagine he has been passed over due to bureaucracy and we are asking for this administration to do the right thing.
