Promote the creation, developement and execution of construction for a national high speed rail system.

The objective of this proposal seeks to inspire motivational forethought into the laying out of the foundation for a national high speed rail system in the U.S.. It is suggested that, in the event a national program is ever initiated to rebuild highway transport infrastructure, in conjunction with this program the architectural developement of a national high speed rail system is to be envisioned, engineered and executed into reality before 2030.
