Promote Dwight D. Eisenhower, from the rank of "General of the Army" to "General of the Armies of the United States"

Dwight David Eisenhower served as a 5 star general in the United States Army during World War II, He also served as Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces in Europe. He was responsible for planning and supervising the Invasion on North Africa, and the Invasion of France and Germany. Later in 1951 he became the very first Supreme Commander of NATO. After the defeat of Nazi Germany he became the first Governor of the American Zone of Occupied Germany.
In his earlier years during World War I he was promoted and held his rank as Lieutenant Colonel in the National Army. Although never seeing combat he proved himself very skillful with troop placement, organization, and strategy planning.
Only 2 people have ever held this 6-star rank and Eisenhower deserves to receive this Posthumous promotion.
