To promote education by only allowing those with a high school diploma or equivalence diploma the right to vote.

I believe that all Americans should possess a High School Diploma or an Equivalence Diploma before being granted the right to vote. If a person reaches the legal voting age and has not completed High School that student would still be eligible to vote. If a person has dropped out of High School they give up their privilege to cast votes in any election. If this was signed into law I believe that it would help deter students from dropping out of school.
