Promote, encourage and recognize the secession of California and Oregon.

To form a more perfect union we the people of the United States, with the exception of the citizens of Oregon and California, do seek Congress to 1) Recognize the rights of California and Oregon to peacefully secede from the United States of America 2) Pursue any action to expedite such a secession movement from the aforementioned states 3) Establish that the official date of the secession of California and Oregon shall be a National Holiday 4) Encourage the peaceful secession of Washington, Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Jersey. Do not pass up this golden opportunity to better the state of our beloved union.
