Work towards agreement from national news organizations that whenever there is a mass shooting in the US the person that actually does this shooting will not be directly named or have his picture shown on any national news outlet (TV, print, or website). He should only be referred to by his first name with a last name of X with no picture showing. His history and issues that might help understand why he would do such a thing can be shared, just not his name or his photograph. The purpose of this would be to keep young men from doing this to have their name/picture sent all across the world. Also we seem to remember the picture/name of the shooter over time and we forget the pictures/names of the victims (for example google Colorado movie theater shooting).
