Did you know, that women are payed 43 cents for every dollar earned by a man? That is working in the same position with the same experience, schooling, and work ethic! Considering that 1/5th of every home doesn't even have a male breadwinner, this is absurd! How can we say we are equal if we don't even get the same PAY? I propose that jobs are payed equal if every standard for the employee is the same. Equality is important, so why don't we show it?
