Our mission is simple. We believe that the current family law courts create an environment for parents to do the most obscene things in order to win custody of children, or to keep from being non-custodial. If legislators would create a system where the courts start out with equal parentage and access this would demotivate things like making false allegations and other tactics parents use to excoriate a child's family. We believe the courts are dangerous for 1/2 of a child's family who may be in poverty and cannot hire attorneys to seek basic visitation rights for their children. We believe that the current Family Law system nationwide is about purposeful divisiveness so that parents fight for 18 years and pay attorney fees. Child support is used for Federal Title IV-D monies.
