The United States of America has refused to recognize Nicolas Maduro as the new president of Venezuela. Due to the irregularities and claims of fraud during the elections. Several rights have been violated, as it was to don't give right of speech to the congressmen that are part of the opposition. Nicolas Maduro is exercising the presidency, while the are being audits of the April's election, because of the allegations of fraud. Authorities refuse to investigate any evidence against the president, demonstrating a clear lack of democracy, and the USA just didn't recognize him as president. The US have to take action to help Venezuela, and promote the expulsion of Venezuela from the United Nations as punishment for the violation of the constitution.
