We should be making decisions regarding governance based on facts, not ideology. If we have a comprehensive, online resource of information relative to states, it would be easier to see the effects of a variety of public policies on specific public concerns, such as education, health, crime and other factors affecting common good. We know this information already exists, it just needs to be made more available to the general public. This would help us pursue those policies that are having a positive effect on the things we care about.
