Promote foreign investment by granting tax credits in exchange for ALL-AMERICAN raw materials and workers

To promote foreign investments in the United States by granting those companies a 10-yr renewable tax exemption as well as a preferential rate on real estate to build their factories ONLY on the condition that they will only use MADE IN USA materials to build their factories, and that they will only hire US or legal resident workers to build and operate those businesses, as well as to grant an exemption to those US companies that do not ship their jobs abroad.
