While America does its best to strive for full gender equality, there are definite inequalities, some of which are sponsored by the government and encouraged! With this petition, I wish to fix at least one of them: Males that turn 18 must sign up for the draft, or else face 4 years in jail and a $250,000 fine. Females are NOT required to do this.
Require females to do the same, or else give them the same punishment for not doing so.
There's an age-old Feminist argument that goes, "A woman can do anything a man can do, and some things we can do better!" If women are just as strong as men, why not require them to sign up for the draft just as men have to do? Stop gender discrimination today!
