Promote green energy infrastructure in America while exporting fossil fuel reserves to Europe thus cutting Russia off.

To maintain a competitive edge in global energy markets the American economy must embrace innovation in new energy technologies with the same unified fervor of the Space Race of generations past. At the same time Russia is encroaching into Europe and intensifying geopolitical tensions around the world. Something must be done.
As a nation we should make a concerted effort to convert our nation's energy generation and distribution infrastructure to focus on renewable sources of energy. At the same time we should export our fossil fuel resources to Europe which frees Europe from dependence upon Russian energy and effectively cuts the Russian economy off of a major export destination. That's how to put pressure on Russia and ensure future American energy dominance simultaneously.
