Countrymen,
In the fall of Syria and the rise of ISIS/ISIL, something wonderful has happened. The Kurdish minority group has established themselves as independent in Syria and wish to form their own state. It appears that they have been fully receptive to human rights and equality; their women fight along-side their men, their streets fill peacefully with refugees from all creeds and kinds. In the President's recent request to increase the offensive on ISIS/ISIL I would ask that you both push to say NO to starting another war in the Middle East (as he promised he wouldn't) and offer economic and military aid to the Kurdish people.
In the short time we have been largely absent from the Middle East, the nations there have begun to deal with their problems increasingly effectively!
