Higher education is an important backbone of the American Economy and the American philosophies of progress and innovation. There is no better way for the government to provide higher education to its subjects than by building taller schools.
The idea is actually adopted from a Canadian policy proposal by the minority Rhino Party of Canada. Though it has never been tested, it has been on the Party's platform for decades.
I think that there is no denying that by building taller schools, more people will be provided higher education.
