The legal age of buying and selling alcohol is 21. In todays world people break that law. If the legal age limit was lowered to 18 then less teens will be arrested. The effects of alcohol has the same effect on anyone over the age of 21 as the teens at the age of 18. Still enforce the illegal to dirve under influence law but just let theage be lowered.
