Promote legislative action to prevent Federal Student Aid for Higher Education to those that bully children and students

I do not believe enough is being done on the Local, State and Federal level to foster change in the social, emotional and academic strains that bullying places on our nations school children and their families. Bullying is not enforceable at the Federal level unless it violates one of many other variables. There should be one act of legislation that protects students and punishes those that after a careful review, the accused would not be eligible for certain Federal Aid for Higher Education. In order to foster positive growth in young Americans as well as secure a positive social/economic future where this type of behavior is not tolerated something needs to be changed.
