Mr. President-
*Please encourage Congress to author a bill legalizing national marriage equality for same-sex couples. -There need to be exemptions for churches, venues, and ministers who feel a moral opposition to such ceremonies. That way, neither side is forcing their position on the other.
*Please continue to encourage the repeal of the so-called "Defense of Marriage Act" and the passage of the "Respect for Marriage Act".
*Please fight adamently to pass the "Employee Non-Discrimination Act". No American should be fired because of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
*If you find any pro-LGBT bill on your desk, please sign it!
