Creating a moral code to teach children instead of safe sex would prevent unwanted pregnancy and ultimately protect form abortion. The public school system has taken an issue that should be talked about to children about at home by their parents. Safe sex has cause many children at prime hormonal development to want to test those methods, causing immorality and a chain of events to destruction. This should be reviewed and taken seriously.
